WE ARE COMMITTED TO BEING A PART OF THE MOVEMENT TO CHANGE THE PERCEPTION OF INFERTILITY.
THE TEAM BEHIND YOUR DREAM

A Reproductive Endocrinologist (REI) is a specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. A sub-specialty in OB/GYN, REIs are the only doctors with specialized training in the diagnosis and provision of fertility treatments using assisted reproductive technologies. Following undergrad and medical school, an REI’s advanced training includes a residency in obstetrics and gynecology, as well as an REI fellowship. REIs are the physicians who run our practices, working with the administrative and clinical teams to ensure the highest level of patient care and efficiency.
REIs have the expertise to guide your fertility journey. Individuals who have been unable to get pregnant or sustain a pregnancy for a year (if you are under 35) or for six months (if you are over 35) may consider seeing a REI. Additionally, women or couples interested in exploring fertility preservation for future conception would benefit from seeing an REI.

It’s a common misconception that fertility treatment involves only a patient and doctor. The reality is, behind every fertility patient is a multi-disciplinary team of specialists using training, science, technology, lab skills and compassion to provide quality care throughout each patient’s unique care plan.
Embryologists are highly trained medical professionals who specialize in the care of embryos from egg retrieval to implantation. Embryologists are an elite group of specialists and are responsible for the lab work behind the scenes. They work hand-in-hand with REIs and clinical teams but also interact with the administrative teams.

The clinical team is comprised of nurses (RN, LVN, BSN), medical assistants and ultra-sonographers. These employees are the heartbeat of our practices, working alongside the REIs to ensure the highest level of patient care. These professionals sometimes act as an extension of the REI for patients. Often the clinical team is first to respond to patient inquiries or needs, even outside of normal business hours. They are dedicated to the patient experience and will do what it takes to ensure the patient has the best clinical care.
The office staff plays an important role in patient care - answering phones, facilitating patient needs, connecting them with clinical team members, maintaining patient documentation and sometimes handling billing and insurance. Office staff has the opportunity to form a unique rapport with our patients as the “first impression” and the “familiar happy face” in the office.
